Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to make a decision on granting a license to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization, disposal of waste of hazard classes IIV, waste collection activities of hazard class IV, transportation of waste of hazard class IV, based on the application of ITK LLC vx 7153 dated 12052017 on granting a license to carry out activities for the collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization disposal of waste of hazard class IIV h 1 art. 13 of the Federal Law of May 04, 2011 99 FZ "On licensing of certain types of activities"the objectives of this audit are to establish the compliance of the license applicant with the licensing requirements. The subject of this audit is the condition of premises buildings structures technical facilities equipment of other facilities that are supposed to be used by the license applicant in carrying out the licensed type of activity, as well as the availability of the necessary to carry out the licensed type of activity of employees in order to assess the compliance of facilities and employees with the licensing requirements
