Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order to comply with the Order of the Head of the Rosselkhoznadzor dated October 30, 2020 1167DSP "On conducting unscheduled inspections of economic entities engaged in the cultivation of winter rapeseed" in accordance with the instructions of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation V. Abramchenko dated 26102020the objectives of this inspection are to prevent identify and suppress violations of mandatory requirements as well as to establish the causes and conditions conducive to their commission
