Purpose of inspection: This inspection is carried out in order for local governments to exercise their powers in the field of fire safety in settlements exposed to the threat of forest fires and other landscape (natural) fires based on paragraph 2.4 of the Protocol of the operational meeting of the Security Council of the Russian Federation dated 01/19/2022 No. Pr-195 on the issue: "On additional measures to improve fire safety and reduce the occurrence of emergency situations in the flood-prone period".
The objectives of this audit are: to monitor the implementation of primary fire safety measures in preparation for the 2022 fire season.
The subject of this review is:
- compliance with fire safety requirements by authorities, organizations and citizens at protection facilities and (or) territories (land plots) used (operated) by them in the course of their activities;
- carrying out measures, including preventive ones, to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants, property of organizations and citizens, state or municipal property, and the threat of fire.
