Purpose of inspection: Nastoyaschaya proverka provoditsya s celyu: proverka soblyudeniya gradostroitelnogo zakonodatelstva, na osnovanii podpunkta «b» punkta 2 chasti 2 stati 10 FZ № 294 ot 26.12.2008, po izvescheniyu o vozniknovenii avariinoi situacii ot 21.06.2021 vh. № 3051.
Zadachami nastoyaschei proverki yavlyayutsya: preduprezhdenie, vyyavlenie i presechenie dopuschennyh zastroischikom, tehnicheskim zakazchikom, a takzhe licom, osuschestvlyayuschim stroitelstvo na osnovanii dogovora s zastroischikom ili tehnicheskim zakazchikom, narushenii zakonodatelstva o gradostroitelnoi deyatelnosti i proektnoi dokumentacii.
