Purpose of inspection: This check is carried out in order to: ensure the placement of complete and reliable information about persons managing apartment buildings in the state information system of housing and communal services on the basis of the order of the Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation dated 30.03.2021 No. 193/pr, issued in accordance with the instruction of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/22/2021 No. MX-P16-3531.
The objectives of this audit are: identification and suppression of violations by a legal entity, its head and other officials, its authorized representatives of the established requirements for the placement of information in the state information system of housing and communal services. The subject of this audit is compliance with the mandatory requirements for placement in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services, established by paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 "Composition, timing and frequency of placement of information by information providers in the state information system of housing and communal services", approved by order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 02/29/2016 No. 74/114/etc.
