The tasks are: to identify violations of the mandatory requirements established by Clause 18 of Article 7 of Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated 07/21/2014 (as amended on 02/24/2021) "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", paragraphs 1, 2, 3.1, 11.1, 14 of Section 10 of Order No. 74 of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 114/pr dated 02/29/2016 (as amended on 09/11/2020) "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the State information system of housing and communal Services".
