Purpose of inspection: – this inspection is carried out for the purpose of: the implementation of regional state construction supervision on the basis of a notice on the elimination of violations (deficiencies) during the construction of a capital construction facility.
– the objectives of this audit are: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the legislation on urban planning activities, project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15, 15.2 and 15.3 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation committed by the developer, the technical customer, as well as the person carrying out construction on the basis of an agreement with the developer or technical customer The Code (including taking into account the changes made to the working documentation and which, in accordance with Part 1.3 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, are part of such project documentation) (hereinafter referred to as project documentation).
- The subject of this audit is compliance with:
1) compliance of the work performed and the construction materials and products used in the construction process, reconstruction of the capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work with the requirements of the approved project documentation;
2) requirements for a construction permit;
3) the requirements established by Parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
4) requirements for the procedure for the implementation of construction control established by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
