Purpose of inspection:
6. To establish that this inspection is carried out in order to:
execute the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Khusnullin M.Sh. dated 03/22/2021 No.MX-P16-3531, Order of the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation Egorov M.B. dated 03/30/2021 No.193/pr in order to ensure placement of complete and reliable information about housing stock facilities in order to implement the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation from July 1, 2021
The objectives of this audit are: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of the requirements for placing information in the GIS of housing and communal services provided for by Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated 07/21/2014 "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", paragraphs 7-10 of Section 6, paragraphs 2.3 of Section 7 of the order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 02/29/2016 No.74/114/pr "On approval of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the State information system of housing and communal services"
7. The subject of this audit is: compliance by the Administration of the Poltava rural settlement of the Krasnogvardeysky district of the Republic of Crimea with the mandatory requirements established by federal regulatory legal acts.
