Purpose of inspection: this inspection is carried out in order to comply with the order of the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation M.B. Egorov dated 03/30/2021 No. 193/pr on the basis of the instruction of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation M.Sh. Khusnullin dated March 22, 2021 No. MX-P16-3531.
the objectives of this inspection are: prevention, detection and suppression of violations of mandatory requirements for the placement of information in the state information system of housing and communal services (hereinafter referred to as GIS Housing and communal services) by local governments (in order to implement, from July 1, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as LC RF) as amended by Federal Law No. 28 dated 11/28/2018 442-FZ "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation").
