Purpose of inspection: To establish that this inspection is carried out in order to carry out regional state construction supervision during the construction of the specified capital construction facility in connection with the timing of completion of work that is subject to inspection in accordance with the approved program of 1905-2020 inspections during the construction of the capital construction facility the objectives of this inspection are to prevent identify and suppress violations of legislation on urban development, including design documentation7 The subject of this audit is71 Verification of the compliance of the work performed and the building materials used during the construction of a capital construction facility, as well as the results of such work, with the requirements of the project documentation approved in accordance with parts 15 152 and 153 of Article 48 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the changes made to the project documentation in accordance with parts 38 and 39 of Article 49 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and or an information model, if the formation and maintenance of an information model are mandatory in accordance with the requirements of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation, including energy efficiency requirements, with the exception of capital construction facilities for which energy efficiency requirements do not apply and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices for energy resources used72 Compliance with the requirements set out in Parts 2 3 and 31 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation73 Checking the availability of a building permit
