Purpose of inspection: The check is carried out in order to establish the possibility of fulfilling licensing requirements according to the application from School of the Future LLC for obtaining a license to carry out educational activities.;
The objectives of this review are:
- establishing the completeness and reliability of the information contained in the documents submitted by School of the Future LLC and compliance with licensing requirements;
- assessment of compliance with the requirements of buildings, structures, technical facilities, equipment, and other facilities that are intended to be used, and the availability of teaching staff.
The subjects of this review are:
- information contained in the submitted application for renewal of the license application and the documents attached to it, in order to assess the compliance of such information with the provisions of Parts 1 and 3 of Article 13 and Parts 3 and 7 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 99-FZ dated 05/04/2011 "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities", as well as information about the licensee; contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and other federal information resources;
- the condition of the premises, buildings, structures, technical facilities, equipment, and other facilities that are intended to be used by the license applicant or licensee in carrying out educational activities, and the availability of employees necessary for educational activities in order to assess the compliance of such facilities and employees with licensing requirements.
