"On approval of the Rules of the fire protection regime in the Russian Federation"; In relation to the activities, actions (inaction) of a local government body and local government officials, which must comply with mandatory requirements in the field of fire safety, including those imposed on a local government body and local government officials carrying out activities, actions (inaction) on territories of localities (territories, land plots) that the controlled entity owns and (or) uses and to which fire safety requirements are imposed, as well as an assessment of their compliance with fire safety requirements in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
