Purpose of inspection: this inspection is carried out in order to: execute the order of the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation Egorov M.B. dated 30.03.2021 No. 193/pr, adopted in accordance with the instructions of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Khusnullin M.Sh. dated 03/22/2021 No. MX-P16-3531;
The objectives of this audit are: to identify and eliminate violations of the requirements for the placement of information in the state information system of housing and communal services (hereinafter - GIS Housing and communal services), committed by legal entities that are owners of special accounts for the formation of a capital repair fund, in order to implement the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation from 01.07.2021 (hereinafter - Housing Complex of the Russian Federation) as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated 11/28/2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation";
subject of verification: compliance with mandatory requirements for the procedure for posting information in the state information system of housing and communal services.
