Purpose of inspection: for the purpose of: ensuring the posting of complete and reliable information by persons who own special accounts opened for the purpose of forming a capital repair fund, in order to implement, from July 01, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ of November 28, 2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation".
The objectives of the audit are to verify the completeness and reliability of information posted in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services (GIS Housing and Communal Services) by persons who own special accounts opened for the purpose of forming a capital repair fund.
