2) the requirements for a construction permit, as well as the parameters of the capital construction facility under construction, indicated in the construction permit;
3) the requirements established by Parts 2 and 3.1 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation;
4) the requirements established by part 4 of Article 52 of the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation to ensure the conservation of the capital construction facility;
5) requirements for the procedure for carrying out construction control established by the Urban Planning Code of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts.
