Purpose of inspection: in accordance with the instruction of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 03/22/2021 № MX-P16-3531 on ensuring the placement of complete and reliable information in GIS housing and communal services as part of the implementation of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation from 07/01/2021 (as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated 11/28/2018).
The objectives of this review are:
- monitoring the fulfillment by persons engaged in the management of apartment buildings on the basis of an apartment building management agreement of the requirements established by Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated July 21, 2014 "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", by order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated July 29, 2016 No. 74/114/pr "On Approval of the Composition, timing and frequency of Information Placement by Information Providers in the State Information System of the Housing and Communal Services System",
- identification and suppression of violations of the requirements of the above legislation,
- ensuring the placement of complete and reliable information in GIS housing and communal services in order to implement, from July 1, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ of 11/28/2018
