Purpose of inspection: This audit is conducted in order to ensure
that complete and reliable information is posted in the state information system of housing and communal services (hereinafter referred to as GIS Housing and communal services) in order to implement, from 07/01/2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by Federal Law No. 442-FZ dated 11/28/2018 "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation". Code of the Russian Federation", pursuant to the order of the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation - Chief State Housing Inspector of the Russian Federation Egorov M.B. dated 03/30/2021 № 193/pr, issued on the basis of the instruction of the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation I.E. Khusnullin dated 03/22/2021 № MX-P16-3531.
The objectives of this audit are: to verify compliance with the mandatory
requirements of paragraphs 7, 8, 9, 10 of Section 6, paragraphs 2, 3 of Section 7 of the composition, timing and frequency of information placement by information providers in the state housing and communal services system, approved by Order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 02/29/2016 No. 114/pr.
The subject of this audit is: compliance with mandatory requirements
