Purpose of inspection: Establishing the fact of posting complete and reliable information about persons providing housing and communal services, persons providing services and performing major repairs, persons managing multi-apartment buildings, in order to implement, from July 1, 2021, the provisions of Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation as amended by the Federal Law of November 28, 2018 No. 442-FZ "On Amendments to Articles 159 and 160 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation".
The objectives of this audit are to prevent, identify and suppress violations of mandatory legal requirements.
The subject of this review is:
- compliance with the mandatory requirements stipulated by Federal Law No. 209-FZ dated July 21, 2014 "On the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services", paragraphs 7-10 of Section 6, paragraphs 2.3 of Section 7, paragraphs 1, 2.1 of Section 8, paragraphs 1, 4 of Section 16 of the Order of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Construction and Housing-Ministry of Public Utilities of the Russian Federation No. 74/114/pr dated 02/29/2016 "On Approval of the Composition, Timing and Frequency of Information Placement by Information Providers in the State Information System of Housing and Communal Services"
