Purpose of inspection: To establish that this inspection is carried out in order to:

The objectives of this audit are to assess the compliance of the powers exercised by a local government body and an authorized official of a local government body to implement primary fire safety measures with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation as part of the implementation of primary fire safety measures in settlements exposed to the threat of landscape fires.

The subject of this audit is: the execution by local self-government bodies and officials of local self–government bodies of normative legal acts of the Russian Federation in the exercise of their respective powers to ensure primary fire safety measures in settlements exposed to the threat of landscape fires according to the order of the Department of Civil Protection of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra No. 2-np dated 03/04/2022 "On approval of the lists of settlements exposed to the threat of forest fires and other landscape (natural) fires, territories of recreation organizations for children and their health improvement, gardening or gardening territories exposed to the threat of forest fires in 2022."
