Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to confirm the facts set out in the letter from the FSB Directorate of HC Sv2297 FO dated 16082019 on violations of the requirements of the Federal Law of 21071997 116FZ "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities" based on Article 10 of the Federal Law of 26122008 294FZ "On the Protection of the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in the implementation of state Control Supervision and Municipal Control" motivated the idea of the need for an unscheduled documentary inspection by the state inspector of the interregional Department for Supervision of mainline pipeline transport and gas Supervision of Shubnikov PG.
