Purpose of inspection: in order to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, to prevent the spread of infectious and mass non-communicable diseases and poisoning of the population on the basis of the order of the Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being of 31.012017 43 "On conducting unscheduled inspections of retail sales of alcohol-containing products" issued in order to implement the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation AHP11343 of 24.012017, the tasks of this audit are to establish compliance the mandatory requirements of consumer protection of sanitary legislation and legislation in the field of technical regulation of the Russian Federation in identifying violations of the above-mentioned legislation in the activities of the person being audited, establishing the causes leading to violations of the laws of the Russian Federation in the field of consumer protection, sanitation and technical regulation, developing proposals for taking measures to eliminate the identified violations
