Purpose of inspection: The inspection is carried out in order to verify the facts set out in the letter of the head of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosselkhoznadzor" in the Orel region, V. Dezhin, dated 18102019 ex 343 and according to the Reasoned submission of the head of the Department of state seed supervision and grain quality, VA Polovitskov, dated 12112019, the tasks of this inspection are to verify compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of seed production of agricultural plants in the production and use of agricultural seeds as well as the organization and conduct of varietal and seed control, the subject of this audit is compliance with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts, carrying out measures to prevent harm to the life and health of citizens, harm to animals, plants and the environment
