Purpose of inspection: The audit is conducted in order to assess the compliance of the information contained in the submitted application and documents with the licensing requirements application dated 05062018 bx 14076 and also to monitor the licensee's compliance with licensing requirements when issuing a license for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages. The objectives of this audit are to determine the compliance of the organization with the requirements and conditions established by the legislation of the Russian Federation of the Ulyanovsk Region and municipalities of the Ulyanovsk region The subject of the audit is compliance with mandatory requirements and or requirements established by municipal legal acts, compliance with the information contained in the license applicant's application for the issuance, extension or reissue of the license and documents in order to assess the compliance of such information with the licensing requirements established in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8-16 of the Federal Law of 22111995 171 FZ "On State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Ethyl Alcohol alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and on limiting the consumption of alcoholic beverages" compliance with the licensing requirements of premises, buildings and other facilities that are supposed to be used by the license applicant in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages
